GMPJ Consulting is establish in Yogyakarta earliest beginning in 2002. The most recent arm of the group and is involved in management consulting, covering all activities from operation management, corporate strategy, roadmap & strategy information technology, human resources & benefit, organization design and development, change management, legal & conflict resolution, financial advisory, marketing & sales, and public services monitoring system.

Specially in operation management covering from initial project planning and management, design and engineering, quality control and inspection, procurement of machinery and equipment, construction and commissioning of industrial project, infrastructure project, and a specially agribusiness project. We also cover all maintenance activities of industrial equipment’s.

 Procurement Services

We cover such activities as:
–     Managing procurement contracts with domestic, foreign suppliers, vendors and sub contractors.
–     Safe packing, shipment, warehousing and inland transportation up to the site. This includes insurance coverage and customs clearance.
–     Inspection and certification of goods, materials and commodities.
–     Expediting deliveries as specified, including claims handling, if any.
–     Our import licenses and the cooperation with our domestic foreign business partners give us and edge to suit your needs.

Commissioning

If not otherwise specified we under take you execute projects as turnkey project. From the commencement of work to the through different phases full responsibility is with us, the extent of which will be marked by the final stage, i.e. commissioning.
During this time period engineers from both parties jointly check and inspect for correct performance and operation of each item as specified. In case of any deficiency it is our task to eliminate it.Scope and extend of the terms of conditions would depend on the contract concluded between the costumer and us.

Performance Audit

We have involved in consultancy for energy and performance audit especially at electrical, heat and steam. We provided an engineering and financial aspect of energy. We hold newest technology at hardware and software for auditing. We also conducting training in energy audit to maintain and improve the industrial equipment and process.
